Biltmore House at Christmas

Three days and two nights on property at the Village Hotel
This delightful holiday tour will feature an exceptional two-night stay at the elegant Village Hotel in Biltmore Estates! This lovely four-diamond property will be the perfect complement to our wonderful three-day visit to the Asheville area. We will make our way there with an included breakfast at the Dillard House as we travel to this lovely mountain town. We will stop in beautiful downtown Asheville for some free time at the gorgeous Grove Arcade for shopping or perhaps some tastings at a nearby brewery and distillery. Then it’s on to the Biltmore! This historical house is the largest private home in North America and features over 225 rooms! At Christmas, they turn it into an unbelievable showplace.
Upon arrival, we will get checked into our lovely rooms. Once there you are free to take in all that Antler Village has to offer: wine tasting, Biltmore Museum, multiple restaurants, fire pits for warming, and great shopping. Their Christmas shop is amazing. You’ll be enchanted with the village and its twinkling lights and its’ stunning location. You’re sure to enjoy yourself! The following morning you’ll be treated to a full breakfast. We will have a leisurely morning and you’ll have the option to visit the Biltmore House during the day. For those who enjoy walking, you can visit their farm exhibits and walk the grounds. Or perhaps you can shop for your favorite wine!
In mid-afternoon, it’s on to the house where we will have an included dinner at the Stable Café, which is adjacent to the home. The Stable area also offers lovely shops full of holiday items, gift items, gifts for kids and so much more. Our timing should allow us to enjoy the home visit with a daylight arrival, and then we will be there when the sun goes down so that you can take in all the lights and Christmas decorations inside the home. When we leave, you’ll be able to see all the lights outside too! It will be awesome and is truly one of the most beautiful places to be at this time of year!
On our last day after our included breakfast, we will check out and then go to the NC State Farmers Market which features food items, crafts, and so much more. This enclosed facility is always fun to visit. We’ll round out our North Carolina visit with a stop in pretty Hendersonville, with its awesome Main Street. An included lunch has been planned downtown. We’ll then begin our journey home with all kinds of wonderful Christmas holiday spirit.
