Christmas at the Tate House Mansion

I can’t think of a more beautiful place to visit at Christmas in Georgia than the lovely Tate House.  This pink marble mansion, built by a local business tycoon in 1926, features over 19,000 square feet.  The marble was quarried right here in Georgia.  Each room is expertly decorated and transformed at Christmas with true Southern elegance.  Every room has its own theme and is spectacular!  You’ll have time to tour it in small groups.  While there you will be treated to a delicious luncheon, served in their 4000 square foot ballroom, which is also beautifully decorated!  There is also a wonderful gift shop set up which features lovely Christmas items, many of which are used throughout the house!  Everyone is encouraged to walk outside too where you can take in even more decorations throughout the grounds.  Join us on this lovely holiday tour!
