Oakland Cemetery / Beltway Walk / Six Feet Under Restaurant

This will be a fun city kind of day!  With Halloween just around the corner, it will be a great time to visit Historic Oakland Cemetery!  It’s so ornate and beautiful and the history there is incredible.  We’ll have a guided walking tour lead by one of their historians there.  It’s a fascinating tour!  From there we will walk across the street and have an included lunch at the always delicious Six Feet Under Restaurant.  Then it’s on to the beautiful Ponce City Market, originally built for the Sears and Roebuck Company.  It’s now been re-purposed with the Market, yet retains its historic look and feel.  Inside you’ll find a host of retail stores, restaurants and more.  Perhaps you’d like to shop, walk on the adjacent Beltway, or relax inside with an adult beverage! Your choice.  I think you’ll like it!
