We had so much fun last year I thought we would go back!  We’ll make our way to the town of McDonough to take in the Southern Belle Farms annual strawberry pickin’ time!  This 4^th generation farm is still family owned and operated and they have really taken agritourism to a new level!  While here you can pick strawberries or be like me – buy a gallon already full of their delicious farm grown strawberries!  They are incredible!  Everyone will be treated to a delicious serving of their strawberry shortcake too!  Their farm store is great too, so you can take home some goodies from there too.  Next up is Buckner’s, another family-owned restaurant nearby with great food, which includes 2 meats, lots of vegetables, bread, corn muffins, and cobbler for dessert.  It’s all served family style, so eat all you want!  It’s a great day out so hope to see you on the bus!
