Travel insurance is highly recommended for overnight trips, as full refunds cannot be given 60 days away from the trip.

The cost of travel insurance is nonrefundable, once purchased!!  This insurance applies only to overnight motorcoach trips planned by Seniors On The Go Travel.

To purchase insurance, you need to ADD this form with your birth date to your sign-up sheet, and write the check out to Seniors On The Go Travel.  IT MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE TIME OF DEPOSIT TO COVER ANY AND ALL PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.  THE TRAVEL INSURANCE COST IS NONREFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED.   

It is NOT a cancel for any reason policy.

The policy is a trip cancellation/interruption policy. It will cover you if you have made full payment on a final balance and you need to cancel due to medical reasons, or a death in the family. It will cover you while on a trip in case you become ill and need transportation back to your place of departure; and it will cover any unused portions of the trip if you cancel for above reasons before you leave for a trip.  It’s a trip cancellation/interruption policy only.    All documents will have to be submitted BY YOU to Travel Guard to make a claim.  You must provide written medical records from a doctor or a death certificate to process a claim.  It is NOT medical insurance.  Price is based on your age AT SIGN UP WHEN YOU PUT YOUR DEPOSIT DOWN and on the cost of the trip.
