Join us for a great day of history as we explore FRD’s Little White House!  He stayed here throughout his life, seeking treatment at the nearby Warm Springs Institute.   This state park offers tours of his home there, and they have a terrific museum which chronicles his visits and just how important he was to this area.   Sadly, he passed away here, so the exhibits also offer great insight to that time in our country’s history.  It’s a remarkable place, especially the walkway with all 50 state flags there.  Following our time here, we will head over to the Bullock House for our included lunch.   It’s always delicious.   There are several historic places, including the old train depot where FDR would arrive at.  It’s a fun little place to do some shopping, too!  I love this little town and all the history around it!  Trip will leave at 8:00 from Cannon Church and will return around 5:30-6:00.
