To sign up for overnight tours please mail a $100 deposit, along with your name, address, phone number, and roommate info.  Final payments are due 2 months before we leave.  The final itinerary will be mailed 3 weeks prior to the trip.  Final bill invoices will not be mailed. Please mark the final payment due date on your calendar so payment can be made in a timely manner.
